PUP-O-WEEN is an annual event based in LA Historic Park. It’s an opportunity for pet owners and their dogs to enjoy an afternoon of fun with raffles, costume contests, and dog-friendly activities (such as pet portraits - that’s me, professional pet photography, dog massages, free healthy treats and prizes, and plenty of photo opportunities). People can attend and learn about adoptions or fostering by meeting dogs who are looking for new homes.
