Call me Aeri!
Pronounced AIR-ee
김애리 / 金艾丽 / Based in Portland, Oregon
As a self-taught designer, I’ve learned the processes, concepts, and theories of good design through attending virtual workshops, connecting with others, and applying my skills to projects in friends’ and local businesses in helping their graphic work.
My main style is working with clean, minimal design. Great design shouldn’t need lots of explaining, the design should speak for itself.

Fail fast and learn faster!
🤓 Lifelong Student
In my undergrad experiences of studying Mathematics, I’ve come to appreciate critical thinking with a creative approach when solving complex problems. First, I need to gather the minimum requirements/MVP working with stakeholders. Then, I work on collecting and addressing user pain points/design feedback in iterations by working interdependently!
🎨 Critical Thinking
I spend most of my time working on projects sourced from what my local and AAPI community needs. The best feeling is to be able to turn someone’s pipe idea and turn it into reality by using my skills or connecting with others that can make their goals achievable.
